Frequently Asked Questions
How many images will we receive?
Every wedding is unique, so it is difficult to guarantee an exact number of final images. On average, couples receive approximately 40–50 edited images per hour of coverage. We focus on capturing all the important moments and details throughout your wedding day. Final galleries are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks.
Do you give RAW / unedited photos?
No. We do not deliver RAW or unedited images. Every photo is carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect our artistic style and the quality of work you see throughout our portfolio.
Can you Photoshop us to make us look different?
We will gladly remove temporary blemishes, but we do not heavily alter appearances or change how you naturally look. We believe you should look like yourselves in your wedding photos. Our editing includes cropping, straightening, exposure adjustments, color correction, and white balance adjustments rather than extensive retouching.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule our wedding?
Retainers are non-refundable because your date is reserved exclusively for you and we turn away other bookings for that date. However, if an unforeseen circumstance prevents your wedding from happening, we can transfer your retainer to a new date if we are available.
Do you recommend an engagement session?
Absolutely! Engagement sessions are the perfect way to become comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day. It is also a great opportunity to meet your Photography & DJ Team before the wedding. We all attend the engagement session so everyone feels connected and comfortable.
What type of music do you play?
We customize the music around your personality and preferences. You will receive a questionnaire that allows you to share your favorite music, special requests, and songs you want played throughout your wedding day.
Do you make announcements?
Yes! Brian professionally MCs your wedding by keeping guests informed, engaged, and aware of what is happening throughout the event. He also helps keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule.
Do you use a second shooter?
Yes! Our second shooter is our son, Aidan Cheetah. He is incredibly creative, reliable, and trustworthy. His photography style and editing match Nadine’s seamlessly, creating a very consistent final gallery while also capturing unique angles and moments throughout the day.
Will you personally be our DJ & Photographer on our wedding day?
Yes! We do not outsource or hire additional DJs or Photographers. The people you meet during the planning process are the same people who will personally be there on your wedding day.
Do you provide photo booth props?
We no longer provide photo booth props for the health and safety of our clients and their guests.
Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
Absolutely. We believe love is love and have proudly worked with many LGBTQ+ couples throughout the years.
Can we book the photo booth without DJ or Photography services?
Our photo booth is currently offered only as an add-on service with our DJ and/or Photography packages.
